BOTOX LEVEL ONE training includes:

  • Botox (50 units valued at $350)
  • materials needed for injection
  • booklet/learning materials

Cancellation Policy:
If you cannot attend the date for which you have reserved, you must contact us at least 3 days in advance to reschedule for a later date. With proper notice, you may reschedule once up to 2 years.
Once your seat has been reserved there are no refunds issued.
