This natural lecithin, glycerin and coconut oil bar cleanses and treats oily skin and acne conditions, as well as rash and psoriatic plaques. Pumpkin seed oil donates vitamin A, while salicylic acid and resorcinol are anti-acne and anti-microbial ingredients that are keratolytic. Fumaric acid has been used topically to treat psoriasis and it potentiates anti-microbial activity of other ingredients.
